We have NEVER rotated since I have been in the district. It is something that comes up each and every year. To state they are putting an end to the rotating start times is confusing since this is something that has remained the same for quite some time. I would, very much, welcome a year round schedule as well though. It is nice that Chandler has an additional week for fall and spring. It would be great to have time off when it is cooler here to spend outdoors, instead of the longer summer with the heat to deal with.
